Our three primary goals were to provide an affordable service, make things simple for our clients, and to raise awareness concerning child support and ways to deal with unpaid child support.
What separates us from other services like ours? EXPERIENCE. Our junior staff member has 15 years of experience, and our senior member over 49. When it comes to family law experience we just can’t be beat.
Has your income changed? The day that happens IS THE RIGHT TIME to change your child support order. And, since you can request that child support be modified retroactive to the day your papers are filed, the sooner the better!
We also help prepare responsive documents to child support motions (Notice of Motion/Order to Show Cause) filed by the Department of Child Support Services, by a private attorney, or by the other parent of your child(ren).

You can attend one of our workshops (call for dates) where we’ll help prepare the documents – OR – we can simply prepare the documents for you.

As an additional option, we will obtain a hearing date, file your documents with the court, provide you with a filed copy, have our process server serve the other parent, have our process server serve DCSS (Department of Child Support Service, if appropriate), prepare a Proof of Service, file the Proof of Service with the court, and provide you with a filed copy. Using this option you will not need to drive to the court to file your papers, and back again to file the Proof of Service after the other parent of your child has been served.
